About
I have been passionate about healthy lifestyle, well-being and sports from a young age, while at the same time I wanted to have a profession where I could help people, so choosing to become a healthcare professional was easy. I graduated in 1999 from one of the leading institutions of osteopathy in the world, the British College of Osteopathic Medicine, and since then I have gained further education in various other different therapies, including Bowen Therapy, so that I could offer a more holistic , tailor made service and also expand my knowledge in the variety of issues I could help with.
I am now able to call myself a holistic manual therapist.
Please see under "services" for a full list of therapies provided.
Other than sports individuals and from the very young to the very old, I have also been treating professional dancers from Strictly Come Dancing and principal dancers from the English National Ballet.
Some of the places I have worked include Farmacia Urban Healing in Selfridges, Imperial College Sports Centre, LA Fitness in South Kensington and the Pilates Education and Research Centre also in South Kensington.
My goal is to facilitate healing, reduce any pain and restore efficient movement and comfort as quickly as possible. I achieve this through proven hands-on techniques, one-on-one therapy, individualized rehabilitation programs and bespoke treatment plans designed for each person
